![]() When you run the Plugin from Reaper®, there is a panel to set the following options: This new panel offers built-in specific support for the Reaper® DAW API allowing direct transfer of Band-in-a-Box® files to/from Reaper® tracks! New with the DAW Plugin Version 6.0, released with Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows: the Reaper® Panel! The only real complaint I have about any of this software is the amount of time spent messing around with software and not playing guitar or piano. Having said that I still have a real Hi Hat, no room for a drum kit. Superior Drummer is hands down the best drum program I ever used. A very few midi packs I did not find useful but a well designed product in any event. So.bottom line, yes it is worth the money. There are some stellar guitar Real Tracks by Brent Mason and some others he has done that I don't understand why he put his name on them. At first I thought the Real Tracks were really great, but the more I try to use them the more I wish many of them were midi. There are also a lot of pretty good bass tracks in BIAB but most are also pretty generic. Standard for me now is to find the midi in EZbass and have Trillian play it out. I resisted for a long time before I got it. So.Part is a really top notch sounding bass VST but it is pretty pricey. At that point for me it is just less of an issue to go in the other room and grab my bass guitar and DI into the board. Part two.I not super impressed with the sound it produces and yes you can alter the sound in your DAW and come up with something pretty nice. It even calls a walking bass line walking bass.what a concept.lol I have been happy enough I would not send it back if I could.Īlso if you can play bass on guitar or keyboard it is less valuable but still pretty fast in any event. First EZbass has many pretty standard bass patterns. EZBass was released with a huge fanfare 6 months ago and I have not heard much endorsement since then. Looks like you are having lots of fun! How are you finding EZBass (BTW I liked that walking bassline). ![]()
